The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel was also kept very clean, which I appreciated. the modern design of the hotel added a nice touch to the overall experience.

One downside was that the hotel was located a bit far from the city center, which may require a longer walk or taxi ride. the beds were quite firm and the third person had to sleep on a sofa bed, which wasn't as comfortable as the main beds.

Restaurant staff accommodated a baby chair and made a special meal. Beautiful and welcoming breakfast and dinner restaurants. Good gym and sauna. Convenient location for car travel. Spacious rooms.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel's location in front of the business area and on the river was perfect for us. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The service, including room service and dry cleaning, was prompt and efficient. The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering us a welcome drink and assisting us with tours and tickets. We especially enjoyed the bar/lounge area and the terrace, which had great garden furniture. The sauna and outdoor swimming pool were also a nice touch.
